Ailey 2 - Alvin Ailey American Dance theatre

I was walking around Bournemouth town yesterday when I came across a poster advertising the American dance theatre coming to the Pavilion, I was so excited (i am still buzzing) to finally see this dance company live. I studied dance for GCSE and A level but never got the chance to see this dance company live. The Alvin Ailey American Dance theatre tends to mix South african dances with contemporary and use some afro-american gospel songs.

The show starts on the 4th of March and the last day is the 5th. The tickets are quite cheap and they all give access to sessions such as watching the rehearsal, joining in the choir, taking part in the African dance class and many more!!

I can not wait!!!!!! :D
